Sunday 21 September

We were joined by Jim Storer who shared with us his own story of life and faith. He also told us about his fundraising for Nasio Trust and the trip he will be making to climb Mount Kilimanjaro as part of his fundraising efforts.

If you would like to find out more about Jim’s big adventure, how you can help and support him do get in touch and email Deborah. We have agreed to find volunteers to help him with a charity bag back at Sainsbury’s in Womborne on Friday 19 December.

Catherine led our talk and we looked at Acts 16 and the mission into Europe which led to the conversion of Lydia a European business woman. We also thought about Paul and Silas in prison in Philippi; the depth of their faith and trust in God; their obedience; their focus on using every opportunity for mission.
